SalesWorks set out to solve the problem of fragmentation and accessibility in the sales training space. Small sales teams weren’t able to gain access to top tier sales training, and it hindered their growth - until now. SalesWorks offers a fully-customised, outsourced sales training management programme for sales teams that leverages team workshops, 1:1 coaching, and sales process optimisation.
The APP Methodology
The first step in the process is the qualification and quantification of your current workflow and team through our in depth Audit. SalesWorks dives deep into the current team performance to uncover development areas for training, and will review sales systems, materials, account plans, and management approach, while assessing the day-to-day processes. The goal of the audit is to identify the tangible impact we can have and discover what training is required to enable and equip your team for success.
During this Pilot phase, SalesWorks will deploy the programmes designed in the Audit phase with the objective of achieving the tangible, agreed-upon goals. The Pilot will include practical and interactive team training, 1:1 coaching with various team members, and process optimisation.
After a successful Pilot phase, SalesWorks offers a fully-managed, long-term, and scalable training programme for sales organisations. The Programme phase takes into account all the learnings from the Pilot phase, and rescopes and retools the offering as necessary to create a scalable, programmatic structure for both existing reps and any new hires.
